Water-soluble SV-SRG Silicate Phosphate Product Introduction
I. Preface
Due to the presence of water-soluble alkali metal ions, water glass retains water-soluble alkaline substances after solidification, resulting in poor water resistance, easy moisture regain and inapplicability to humid environments. Therefore, materials based on water glass must be added with a certain amount of solidifying agent to improve their water resistance and solidification performance. Common solidifying agents include metal oxides, inorganic acids, fluorosilicates, etc. However, there are still many unsatisfactory aspects in the use of these solidifying agents. For this reason, a new type of solidifying agent - water-soluble silicate phosphate - has been developed on the basis of the original solidifying agents.
II. Product Characteristics
As a water glass solidifying agent, the water-soluble SV-SRG silicate phosphate is an eco-friendly white powder soluble in water, which will not melt into colloid at high temperatures. The silicate phosphate solidifying agent features high solidification efficiency, environmental friendliness, high temperature resistance and other advantages.

IV. Product Advantages
1. The product is non-toxic or low-toxic, and the production process is pollution-free.
2. Moderate solidification speed without flash set or non-setting phenomenon.
3. The performance after solidification is better than that of previous solidifying agents, meeting the industry standards.
4. It not only effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional solidifying agents, but also is pollution-free, complying with the requirements of environmental protection.
V. Scope of Application
In addition to being used as a solidifying agent for sodium water glass, silicate phosphate can also be applied as a solidifying agent for lime and cement, and used in special optical glass, inorganic coatings, ingredients of high-strength cement and acid-resistant adhesives, solidifying agent for waterproof adhesives, non-toxic anti-rust coatings, organic synthesis catalysts and other aspects.
VI. Usage and Dosage
6.1 Mixing Methods
6.1.1 Wet Process
Dissolve silicate phosphate in an appropriate amount of water in small amounts for multiple times first, then add it directly to water glass or other material media and stir evenly; alternatively, wet silicate phosphate with a small amount of water or add the powder directly to water glass solution or other material media and stir evenly.
6.1.2 Dry Process
The silicate phosphate powder and water glass powder can be directly mixed and stirred evenly for use.
6.2 Recommended Dosage
Water glass can be sealed and stored after adding the solidifying agent. The general dosage is about 3-10% of the dosage of liquid water glass (the specific dosage shall be adjusted according to the process).
VII. Packaging and Storage
Packed in plastic woven bags, 25 kg per bag. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place with sealed packaging.
