12、Mixing Host

  The mixing host produced with German and Italian technology has a reasonable design and mature technology. Main components such as reducers, bearings and seals are imported products, which greatly improves the service life of the host, reduces the failure rate, and ensures stable and reliable operation. Especially the improved shaft end seal has stronger sealing performance, better stability and longer service life. It is generally recognized as the preferred supporting host for concrete mixing stations at present.

Quadruple shaft end seal

Two steel bearing protection rings are used between the side mixing machine and the shaft head to prevent coarse sand from entering.
