Lithium Silicate Product Specification
Overview
The main component of lithium silicate is Li₂O·mSiO₂·nH₂O, where m and n vary by model and are determined by factors such as modulus and concentration. Lithium silicate, also known as lithium water glass, is a colorless to slightly yellow, odorless, transparent or translucent weakly alkaline liquid.
Liquid lithium silicate is soluble in water and alkaline solutions but insoluble in alcohols and organic solvents. It has self-drying properties: after the water in the solution evaporates, it forms a water-insoluble dry film with irreversible water resistance.
Our company adopts an innovative production process, producing lithium silicate that is colorless, transparent, stable in nature, and low in impurity content. We can manufacture products with any modulus between 2.6 and 5.0 and a concentration of 22%, as well as custom specifications according to customer needs.

Performance and Applications
Lithium silicate has a wide range of uses，As a concrete curing agent, it is applied in industrial floors, electronic workshops, pharmaceutical workshops, large supermarkets, parking lots, etc.As a coating, it can be used in marine engineering, oil pipelines, ships, bridges, and building materials. Especially in marine engineering, when inorganic zinc-rich paint is used, it can generally provide effective anti-corrosion for more than 20 years. It is also suitable for inorganic architectural coatings (or mineral coatings).As a surface treatment agent, it is used in the photovoltaic industry, for preserving the luster of crafts, decorations, radios, plastic films, etc.As an adhesive, it is applicable to asbestos, glass, TV phosphors, wood, and automobile clutches, etc.As a high-grade electrode binder, etc.

Plastic barrels; 25kg/barrel, 200 liters/barrel, 1 ton/barrel, or customized according to customer needs.
Storage
Store in a sealed container in a well-ventilated, dry room away from direct sunlight. Transport and store at 5–35℃.
