It can be applied directly to the diseased area. It has high compressive and bonding strength and can achieve ultra-thin repairs. It will not break or fall off under high-speed and high-pressure driving conditions; all cement concrete surface diseases are suitable for this material.

1. Practical performance
There is no need for complex construction machinery and technical requirements during construction, and there is no need for long-term traffic closures. Traffic can be opened two hours after construction; there is no need to excavate the diseased parts, which can save a lot of construction costs, material costs and maintenance time, effectively delay the spread and spread of road diseases, and extend the service life of the road; after repair, the color is close to the original cement concrete pavement, and has good aesthetics.
2. Adhesion performance
Utilizing the bonding ability and surface energy principle of the material itself, the repair surface reacts with the original concrete to form a unified whole, thus forming a very high bonding strength. The bonding strength can reach 1.6Mpa 2 hours after construction. It can be bonded to various diseased parts. The bonding ability is basically not affected by the thickness. It can achieve 1mm ultra-thin repair and will not fall off or break under external forces such as expansion, rolling, and pushing.
3. Durability
It has faster early performance and higher early strength, and does not decay in the later period. Many diseased parts can be eradicated at one time; the material itself has strong waterproof, corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance. Its anti-aging ability is more than 5 times that of the original cement concrete. The performance will not decay earlier than the original concrete, and it will not lose its bonding ability and compressive strength due to aging.
4. Compression resistance
After curing, the repair material has very strong compressive and flexural capabilities. The compressive strength can reach 22Mpa in two hours. The strength continues to increase in the later period, and the peak compressive strength reaches more than 100Mpa. It has a good reinforcing and supporting effect on the diseased parts. The repair thickness of 3mm can meet the compressive requirements of non-special load roads, and will not break or fall off under high-speed and high-pressure driving conditions.

5. Usage and dosage
1. Basic requirements
1.1 The material is cement pavement repair material. When the repair thickness is 1mm, approximately 1kg of material is required for 1 square meter.
1.2 The water is potable for livestock.
1.3 The construction thickness is preferably more than 3mm.
1.4 Construction conditions: The temperature must be above 5℃, and no construction is allowed on rainy days.
1.5 Construction personnel must have certain experience in cement concrete construction and understand how to use this material before construction.
1.6 Construction machinery: mortar mixer or manual mixing tools (modified hand drill), high-pressure water washing equipment, bottom cleaning tools, sponges or mops (used to absorb excess water), more than two iron mixing barrels, and several trowels.
