(1) Explanation 1
Dear customers and friends:
In order for you to better use our products and obtain better curing effects, please read the following text carefully before sending product samples and purchasing products:
All construction technologies, processes, equipment, methods, etc. that are not our company's products mentioned in this manual are only our experience and do not make recommendations or recommendations; specific measures are made by the material recommender, purchaser, construction party, or Party A.
Our company is only responsible for the quality of our products and is not responsible for any other processes or results. The quality of its construction has a great relationship with the construction process. Please recommend the material recommender, purchaser, construction party or Party A to make a choice based on objective conditions.
Please contact our experienced technicians in advance to understand the material properties, dosage, dilution methods and additions, as well as the functional properties of the solidified soil, to determine your intention to purchase. Before purchasing, please mail soil samples to us for soil analysis and formula screening.
(2) Explanation 2
Soil in situ solidification is a soil hardening technology that complies with national industry standards. It meets specific industry design needs with its low cost of solidification materials and environmentally friendly applicability of green mountains and clear waters. It has been well promoted and applied under specific construction requirements. Solidified soil has outstanding effects when used as the base of asphalt pavement and concrete pavement. However, when used as road surface layer, it cannot be compared with asphalt pavement and concrete pavement surface layer. The two do not belong to the same application scenarios and working conditions. The standards are very different, the construction costs are also very different, and the use effects are not comparable.
When using it as a surface layer, be sure to do a good job in drainage design and timely drainage work; if it is exposed to long-term pressure, water accumulation, cyclic freezing and thawing and other factors, the surface will be powdered, which is a normal phenomenon. The company does not recommend it to be used directly as a long-term high-strength pressure-bearing surface layer. It is preferred to be used as a base layer. The surface layer must be covered with a hard layer. When choosing this technology, please do a good job of analyzing the usage conditions.
Curing agent is an auxiliary (additive) for solidified soil construction. There are many key factors for successful curing: pre-construction standard process design, soil quality, cementitious materials, mechanical standardization, human operation, climate and post-completion maintenance and use methods, etc.
Please understand the performance of the solidified soil before choosing whether to purchase or construct the solidified soil.
